Huawen® functional resins contain varying amounts of reactive groups such as maleic anhydride and glycidyl methacrylate, significantly improving the adhesion between resins, between resins and metals, and between resins and non-metallic materials. For example, SMA resins can be used in conjunction with water-based adhesives as adhesives for plastic bottle labels. PE grafted with maleic anhydride is widely used in composite pipes, oil and gas pipelines, multi-layer packaging, and aluminum-plastic panels. SEBS grafted with maleic anhydride can be used as an encapsulating material for power tool handles.
