Jiaxing Huawen Chemical Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the research, product development, production, and supply of styrene maleic anhydride copolymers (SMA) and new rare earth materials. It is the only SMA functional resin manufacturer in China and also the first enterprise in China to control the physical properties of rare earth materials. Huawen has always been committed to promoting technological innovation through special functional products and professional technical services to meet the differentiated needs of customers. At present, the products are mainly divided into two categories, one is SMA series and HW functional resin series (produced using continuous bulk polymerization extrusion reaction technology), which are highly praised by domestic and foreign users. Mainly used as a compatibilizer or toughening agent for plastic alloys, a heat-resistant agent for engineering resins and alloys, and a coupling agent for mineral reinforced resins. The second is a new type of rare earth material, mainly used in the field of petrochemical catalysts, which is the first of its kind in China. Huawen is committed to becoming a professional supplier of functional polymer materials. On June 6, 2017, the new factory in Jiaxing was completed and put into operation, with an annual output of 9000 tons of functional resin and 600 tons of rare earth catalyst.

In the future, we will develop and produce more products through our own research and application evaluation center, domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, and other platforms to meet the differentiated needs of customers. We will continue to innovate in fields such as rare earth catalyst technology, styrene functionalized polymerization technology, and functionalized material extrusion reaction technology.

With a total investment of around RMB10 Millions, we had our own sewage treatment plant, introduced the most advanced waste gaspurification unit-RTO and with green coverage rate over 24%. History

start-up phase(2001-2014)

2001 In 2001, Shanghai Funaxin Rare Earth Materials Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the production of new rare earth catalyst materials.

2004 In 2004, Shanghai Huawen Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was established with an annual output of 1,000 tons of SMA resin.

2013 In 2013, new SMA equipment was put into operation with an annual output of 2,000 tons and a total capacity of 3,000 tons.

construction period(2015-2017)

2015 In 2015, Jiaxing Huawen Chemical Co., Ltd. was established as a wholly foreign-owned (British) enterprise with a registered capital of US$10 million and a total investment of US$24 million.

2016 Jiaxing new factory construction

2017 Jiaxing new factory officially started production on June 6
